I value your trust and your privacy. Your contact information will never be sold or shared with outside companies for marketing purposes. The only parties that may receive your information are the secure services required to process your payment, deliver the course, or comply with legal obligations. I will never rent or sell your data, and I do not share it with anyone who is not directly involved in providing your MasterClass access.

1. General Agreement

By purchasing or starting a free trial for the Folk Guitar MasterClass, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. "Client" refers to the individual purchasing or accessing the MasterClass.

2. Payment and Access

Subscription Plans (Monthly and Annual)

• Monthly plan bills at $19 per month until you cancel
• Annual plan bills at $149 per year until you cancel
• Both plans include a 7 day free trial

During the 7 day free trial:

• You receive full, unrestricted access to the entire MasterClass
• Your card will not be charged until the end of Day 7
• You may cancel anytime before the end of Day 7 to avoid being charged
• You will receive a reminder email on Day 6

After the trial:

• Your subscription begins automatically unless you cancel
• Your chosen plan will continue to renew until you choose to cancel
• Access remains active as long as your payments are current

Lifetime License ($498 One Time Payment)

• One time payment with no subscription or renewals
• No 7 day free trial
• Includes the same 30 day money back guarantee as all plans
• Access remains permanent unless a refund is issued

3. Failed Payments (Subscription Plans Only)

If a subscription payment fails:

• You must update your billing method immediately
• After two failed attempts, your access will be temporarily paused
• After three failed attempts, access may be revoked
• You remain responsible for any outstanding balance
• No refunds will be issued for failure to complete payments

4. Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your monthly or annual subscription at any time
• Cancellation stops future payments and future access
• You retain access until the end of the current billing period
• There are no partial refunds for unused time

Lifetime license holders do not need to cancel because there are no renewals.

5. Refund Policy

All plans, including the lifetime license, come with a 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee.

• You may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase
• Refunds will not be granted after 30 days
• If granted, your course access will be revoked immediately
• Subscription renewals (after the first payment) are not eligible for refunds

6. Lifetime Access

Lifetime access applies only to the lifetime license purchase.

For subscription plans, access continues only while your subscription is active and payments are current.

7. Intellectual Property

All content inside the MasterClass is the property of Guitar Lessons with James.

You receive a personal, non transferable license to access the material.

Copying, sharing, distributing, or reselling the content is prohibited.

8. No Guarantees

The MasterClass provides education and guidance, but results vary.

Your progress depends on your effort and practice.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Connecticut.

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
